Top Ten Tuesday -- Top Ten Books That Will Make You Cry

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme brought to you at The Broke and the Bookish!! Each week we will be releasing a top ten book related list for you all to enjoy!

I guess I gotta show that I am a wimp with this post. Yes, most Nicholas Sparks books I have read have made me cry. So I have a few of him on this list. All of these are very good books that I think everyone should read.

I am not going to go into detail on these books because each one will give away the whole book if I tell you why I cried, so just trust me when I say they will pull on your heart strings!

Leave me your links below!

  1. Time Traveler's Wife, HP and TFIOS made my list too! Sooo good and soooo much crying!

  2. You cried in Allegiant? I'm trying to garner where this could be without spoiling for folks who read the comments ... (psst: Tris or Uriah?)

    1. Tris, lets just say zipline. this should help you :)

  3. Nicholas Sparks and Harry Potter are definitely on my list!! I started reading The Time Traveler's Wife a while ago, but didn't get too far. I really, really hope to read/finish it soon though!

    My Top Tenp

    1. Time travelers is very hard to read at first. You need to plow through the first bit of it before you can really get into it and figure out what is really going on. Give it another chance :)

  4. Nicholas Sparks books and HP6 both made my list as well! I will never read The Fault In Our Stars ever ever ever! Self inflicted crying is not a good deal! lol I love your list! Great Job!

  5. Funny - I've read NONE of these, except for Allegiant, (although I'm swearing to read HP this year!), but I've seen most of the film versions. Any sad movie with pets, like Marley & Me, will get me to cry. And I loved The Notebook film, even though I usually don't like these kinds of movies. I'm sure that was due in no small part to Ryan Gosling. :)

    1. You can NEVER go wrong with Ryan Gosling!! Yummy!

  6. I actually don't cry during books. I'll feel like crying, stop talking, stop breathing or even just go "WHY WHY WHY" but I can't remember if I've actually SOBBED.

I've seen Nicholas Sparks in movies, but maybe I'll have to pick up his books sometime.

  7. I hardly cry when I read. I've had one or two invisible tears, I'm not sure. But then again, I tend to avoid any kind of sad books. The Fault in Our Stars made into my list too although I haven't read it yet.

Comments are loved and appreciated :) Thanks in advance!!
