The summer after graduation is supposed to be that first real taste of freedom - but not for eighteen-year-old Chloe Branson. Just as that breeze of freedom is making its way into her galaxy, her secret-service-agent dad drops a meteor-sized bomb of bad news on her and her sisters. An attempt has been made on the lives of Canadian boyband, Spaceships Around Saturn, during their USA tour, and the guys have to go into hiding ASAP. The only problem? In the midst of the crisis and media frenzy, their dad volunteered to hide the guys...in their house.

Six-year-old Emery is as ecstatic as any self-proclaimed Saturnite would be, but Chloe and her seventeen-year-old sister Aralie watch their summer plans crash and burn like a falling star. The SAS guys aren't happy with the situation, either. Bad boy Jules picks fights with Aralie about everything from his Twitter followers to his laundry, and heart-throb Benji can't escape Emery's fangirlisms for more than three minutes.

But after the super-cute Milo kisses Chloe during a game of hide-and-seek, she finally understands what Emery means when she talks about SAS being "out of this world." If this is what Saturn feels like, Chloe doesn't want to come back to Earth.

My Review:

Chloe has just graduated college and is ready to go on vacation with her sister, Aralie, and her best friend Paige. All of that has come to a stop when they are under lockdown with the Canadian boyband, Spaceships Around Saturn. They all feel like their summer is ruined, besides their almost 6 year old sister Emery, and hate that the boys are coming. That is, until they meet them. Aralie and Chloe end up in a romance with the boys and finally understand what it means to be a Saturnite.

I really don't know what to say about this book. I know I say this quite a bit, but this book blew my breath away. I'm not even into boybands, but lets just say a certain someone was spending hours watching Youtube videos of One Direction just to get some fangirl time for myself. I really wish Spaceships Around Saturn was a real band, I would love to stalk them as well.

I have wanted to read this book since I first heard about it and impatiently waited for it. Then I got asked to do a blog tour for the book and I jumped on it with no questions asked. I am SOOO SOOO SOOO glad I did. I am now buying the book in hardcopy just so I can have it with me for always.

I love romance books, but I find so many of them are ones that you bite your nails through the whole thing just to see if they end up together or not, there is always some sort of drama. In this book, what I love the most is that you get the romance the whole book through. You get to watch Chloe and Milo blossom into something wonderful from the beginning. I love that about it. You do get some mystery though, but from Aralie instead. You try to find out through the enitre book who she is with because you get so many clues that could lead to two different boys.

The characters throughout the book you learn to love, or hate some. Deacon, Chloe's ex-boyfriend you learn to despise all because Chloe wouldn't sleep with him. So part of the drama through the book entails stuff because of him. Then there is Paige, Chloe's friend who you are unsure about through most of the book, then later you get to find out why. Then of course there is little Emery, the 5 year old, almost 6 year old little sister. Emery is in love with the band, especially Benji Baccarini. She follows the poor guy through the whole book, its adorable. Aralie is a little more temperamental of the sisters. She gets angry easy and goes more for the bad boys. Chloe is the opposite. She likes the "boring" guys that are sweet and thoughtful without pushing for anything more. Now....for the band. There is Noah, Benji, Jules, Tate, and of course, Milo. You get to learn all their different personalities and I love that. It isn't a group of guys that all act the same. Each boy is different but yet they all compliment each other in the group. They work well together.

There is not only romance in this book but there is also wonderful friendships that blossom too. I can say Noah becomes a wonderful friend for Chloe, as someone else becomes a good friend to Aralie. I can't say who because it will give away who she ends up with.

The romance flows throughout the book and I swooned through the whole thing for Milo. I even tweeted Nikki when I finished saying I needed more Milo. I wanted the book to just keep going. She has such an easy flow to her writing and you can follow all of it in your head. I could picture all the boys, their tattoos, the Branson sisters, as well as the whole house they are locked down in.

I have nothing at all bad to say about this book. It is definitely in my top three books I have read this year and I am very tempted to go ahead and pick it up and read it again. It isn't every day that I can not only say I loved a book, but be able to say that I have nothing negative about it at all. I sat here for a while even trying to find something for you all, but I just couldn't.

I am definitely fangirling for Milo and have to say poor Etienne St. Clair from Anna and the French Kiss has now been bumped down to the number 2 slot, Milo has taken over the top!

Absolutely LOVED it!!

  1. Amber! This may sound crazy, but while I was writing this book and questioning my sanity, I searched "milk and Oreos" one night on Twitter. You were one of the results, talking about your boyfriend being sweet and bringing you milk & Oreos on lunch break. I replied and said it sounded like the love interest in the book I was working on. I had just finished my Oreo scene and was questioning if it was just too fluffy/sweet/cute for a YA romance. Your tweet made me stop questioning it. I had no idea you were a YA reader OR blogger at the time. I think we were meant to find each other. Props to Milo and your boyfriend! <3

Also - I came to say think you for participating in the tour and for the sweet review! Obviously I got carried away. ;)

    1. that day seems like it was so long ago, but I remember it well!!! Thank you so much for what you just said! It completely made my day and makes me feel like I'm doing the right thing with my blog! I never knew you searched and ended up finding me! We were definitely meant to find each other! I still use the book marks you gave me in all my books I read. They are very special to me!

and yes, my boyfriend and Milo are both amazing!

I will participate in any tour of yours that comes up!

Comments are loved and appreciated :) Thanks in advance!!
