A to Z Book Survey

I've seen this post going around the past couple days and decided since I don't have a Monday post, I would do this for all of you guys :)
This was started by Jamie over at The Perpetual Page Turner so be sure to go check out the original posting she did! She did this post to add to some summer fun when most of us wanna be outside instead of blogging!

So lets get started!!
Author you’ve read the most books from:
J.K. Rowling and Sarah Dessen

Best Sequel Ever:
Valiant by Holly Black. I loved the first book but the second one had me even more intrigued than the first one!

Currently Reading:
Running from Romeo by Diane Mannino (Won

Drink of Choice While Reading:
This is a three way tie between milk, Sprite, and just plain ol' water

E-reader or Physical Book?
Physical Books hand down!
Fictional Character You Probably Would Have Actually Dated In High School:
√Čtienne St. Clair. I know a lot of you probably are picking this, but I was definitely swooning!

Glad You Gave This Book A Chance:
The Selection by Kiera Cass

Hidden Gem Book:
Holding on and Letting Go by K.A. Coleman

Important Moment in your Reading Life:
Twilight. I gave up reading for years, till I came across this series that everyone was telling me that I had to read, so I said fine, picked it up and loved reading ever since!

Just Finished:
Always Wanted by Sarah Tork

Kinds of Books You Won’t Read:
I'm not really into crime or mystery novels or anything Horror/thriller. I know but I just can't seem to get into them!

Longest Book You’ve Read:
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (872 Pages)

Major book hangover because of:
Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins

Number of Bookcases You Own:
4. But I squished all of my books onto 2 of them so my boyfriend could have the other two, minus one shelf for some of his books as well.

One Book You Have Read Multiple Times:
Peaches by Jodi Lynn Anderson

Preferred Place To Read:
If I had a backyard I would say outside so my pup can run around too, but since I don't, it's in bed. I have one of those pillows with the arms that stick out. I curl up into that and then read away!

Quote that inspires you/gives you all the feels from a book you’ve read:
"It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live." ~Albus Dumbledore
I have lived by this quote for a long time now. When I am having a hard time I think back to it and it makes me feel so much better.

Reading Regret:
I regret letting my ex tell me that I am not allowed to blog or read. I gave it up for years for him and it took me a while to finally say no one should have that control over me and I left. I will never allow that to happen again.

Series You Started And Need To Finish(all books are out in series):
I have finished all the series I have started so far :)

Three of your All-Time Favorite Books:
Anna and the French KissTwilight series, and The Harry Potter Series.

Unapologetic Fangirl For:
Twilight. I loved the series, It isn't in my top three, but it is in my top 5 and I don't care!

Very Excited For This Release More Than All The Others:
The One by Kiera Cass....I need it!!

Worst Bookish Habit:
Bookmarks. I buy them all the time from etsy or any store I find any cute ones!

X Marks The Spot: Start at the top left of your shelf and pick the 27th book:
Your latest book purchase:
The Percy Jackson Series books 2-5 by Rick Riordan

ZZZ-snatcher book (last book that kept you up WAY late):
Running from Romeo by Diane Mannino. I had to wake up the next day at 5 in the morning but I ended up staying up till 1 reading it anyway. I had to keep going and had to force myself to put it down so I could get at least a little sleep.
I had a lot of fun doing this survey, I hope you all do it and have fun too!
Be sure to leave me your links below if you guys do the survey as well!

  1. I always love quotes from Harry Potter <3 I like to buy bookmarks too, especially when I'm on vacation or in a special place. I like to have them as reminders. Your bed and the pillow with arms sound like great reading place :D This was fun to read, thanks for sharing!

  2. Ahh, you and I are so much alike :) That Harry Potter quote just DOES IT for me, you know? I've even planned on tattooing it on me one day.
And I always find ways of losing bookmarks, otherwise I'd feel no guilt in buying loads of them. But I don't want to pay for something I'll inevitably lose. But it would be cool to buy a bookmark from every place I travel to, as a keepsake. Hmm...maybe I should start that collection...

  3. I love bookmarks! And YAY for physical books! :D
