Then Olive meets Nick. He's dark, handsome, mysterious...and Olive feels connected to him in a way she can't explain. Is there such a thing as fate? The two embark on a whirlwind romance--until Nick makes a troubling confession.

Heartbroken, Olive pieces together what really happened the night of her accident and arrives at a startling revelation. Only by facing the truth can she uncover the mystery behind the song and the power of what it means to love someone.

Review: Okay, I don't even know where to start with this book. I read her other book In Your Room and that one also blew me away. I already had high expectations for this book, but even those were too little compared to what I read.

I first started reading it and thought it was good, but I will admit the first couple chapters took me a little to get into. From there though, I couldn't stop, I had to know what was going on and how it would end. I even had my poor boyfriend cook me dinner because I couldn't put the book down to even cook.

This book is about Olive. She has a bad car accident to start off with. It doesn't tell you much about the accident in the beginning. Jordanna does a great job of keeping you intrigued throughout the whole book trying to find just how it happened and why. There is also Nick, who also has his own secrets. the whole time you are trying to figure out just what happened. He definitely throws a curve ball at the end making you rethink all of him.

The ending was wonderful. I didn't want it to end, but I know she technically had to end it. But I wish I could have stayed in the story forever. If there is any story that I would like a continuation of, or even a small novella to continue it a little, its this one.

This is definitely a feel good fuzzy book, but at the same time, you will also be thinking about your own life and how you would change it if you could. I felt all emotions of jealousy, love, happiness, anger, fear, and sadness while reading this. It is like a rollercoaster for you but it is so worth it. You will fall in love with some of the characters and wanna hurt some of the other characters. Snatch this book up and savor it!

  1. Wow, sounds like a really good book! I think in contemporary books you need that feeling of empathising with the protagonists and they have to make you think of your life. Otherwise they can turn into those short, but boring and cliché "beach reads" very quickly. I'm glad you enjoyed this book and maybe I'll get to it, too!

Comments are loved and appreciated :) Thanks in advance!!
