My Review: Susane does a wonderful job with her writing style. This book flows very well. I really enjoyed it.

The book follows Marisa's life through her ups and downs. You wonder throughout the book why she does the things she does even with the anxiety disorder she has. You feel emotions for the characters and are able to picture things as they happen. Derek is a big part of her life, as well as an old friend that has become a good friend again, Nash. You follow all the characters through a lot of their lives with a back shadow of her best friend Sterling as well. It goes through the whole school year and even splits the book up by the months that they are in.

There are parts of the book that to me are in there that don't need to be. almost as some filler as she is trying to get the book to flow along to the parts she wants to skip to next. The as she does that, she will then skip a while to a part that you don't realize how you even got to it and are missing the details in between you could actually use. There are also times that it feels repetitive with certain parts. The fact that she has an anxiety disorder to me is a little overplayed. I have an anxiety disorder myself so I fully understand it and how it affects your life. Its just some parts feel like you already read what you are reading again a few chapters later.

Other than the paragraph above, the book was great. It was a nice feel good book to read and I recommend it to anyone just wanting something fluffy and fun. After I was about halfway through the book I got sucked in and was not able to put it down until I completed it.
